At Unsection Studio, we are dedicated to providing exceptional Webflow development services that meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. We understand that each project is unique, and your happiness is our top priority. To ensure a transparent and fair process, we have established the following refund policy. Please take a moment to review the terms outlined below.
1. First Draft Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the first draft of the homepage, we will refund your deposit in full. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to delivering work that meets your expectations.
2. Development Workspace
All development work will take place within our Webflow workspace. This is to avoid clients duplicating the project while we are still in the guarantee period, ensuring that the project remains secure and organized.
3. Refund Conditions
Clients who request a refund will not receive the Webflow project file. This policy is in place to ensure that our work is not utilized without proper compensation, protecting both our intellectual property and your investment.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the first draft. In your email, please include your name, project details, and reason for dissatisfaction. We will respond within 48 hours to address your request and provide assistance.
5. Project Transfer
If you decide to continue working with us after the initial draft, the project can be transferred to you for the development of the remaining pages. We look forward to collaborating with you to bring your vision to life.
6. Payment Processing
All payments will be processed securely through Stripe. Please note that payment is required 100% upfront, covering all initial development fees, including any applicable taxes. This ensures a smooth and efficient transaction process.
7. Major Changes
If there are any major changes requested after the design has been developed in Webflow (e.g., significant layout alterations, content additions, or functionality modifications), an additional charge of $50 per hour will apply. This charge reflects the time and resources needed to accommodate such changes.
